Ian L. Kleinman, Esquire

Ian L. Kleinman has been a member in good standing of The Florida Bar since 2000 and The Connecticut Bar since 2001. He received a Juris Doctor degree from The Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2000, where he achieved Dean's List Honors, Ian graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 1997 with a BA degree in Sociology.

Ian is a member of the Firm's Litigation Department where he aggressively litigates Wrongful Death, Automobile Accident, Motorcycle Accident, Premises Liability, Class Actions, Product Liability and other General Negligence Cases throughout the State of Florida.

Ian is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:

  • All state courts in the State of Florida
  • All state courts in the State of Connecticut
  • The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida
  • The United States District Court for the District of Connecticut

Prior to joining Wolf & Pravato, Ian represented a diverse group of clients in the general area of insurance defense litigation, including rental car companies (both insured and self-insured), commercial entities, insurance carriers in declaratory actions, and individual policy holders. His representation has included the defense of automobile wrongful death cases and product liability matters. That invaluable experience in representing insurance companies is particularly helpful to our clients and their families as we pursue their claims against the insurance companies.

Ian is a member of the Trial Lawyer's Section and Young Lawyer's Section of the Florida Bar and the Out of State Practitioner's Section of The Connecticut Bar, Florida Justice Association, and the Broward County Justice Assocation.

Ian was born in Hartford, Connecticut and relocated to South Florida in 1997. He is married and the father of two beautiful daughters.
