Mr. Kleinman has been a member in good standing of The Florida Bar since 2000 and The Connecticut Bar since 2001. He received a Juris Doctor degree from The Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2000, where he achieved Dean’s List Honors. Mr. Kleinman graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BA degree in Sociology.
Prior to joining Wolf & Pravato, Mr. Kleinman represented a diverse group of clients in the general area of insurance defense litigation, including rental car companies (both insured and self-insured), commercial entities, insurance carriers in declaratory actions, and individual policy holders. His representation has included the defense of automobile wrongful death cases and product liability matters. That invaluable experience in representing insurance companies is particularly helpful to our clients and their families as we prosecute their claims against the insurance companies.
Mr. Kleinman is a member of the Trial Lawyer’s Section and Young Lawyer’s Section of The Florida Bar and the Out of State Practitioner’s Section of The Connecticut Bar.
